No job without experience. No experience without a job. It’s not the case with us. We welcome both bachelors and masters, even if they have only just graduated. We are especially on the lookout for staff members with a background in economy, law, etc. But we regularly recruit people from other educational streams or with different diplomas. We value personal skills and qualities more highly than the right degree. If it’s required, we will provide the extra training.

On your first work day, you’ll be welcomed by members of our HR team. You’ll then go to your team and manager. With him or her, you’ll discuss what coaching you’ll receive and who your mentor is.

We regularly organise a welcome day for all newcomers. This is the perfect opportunity to familiarise yourself with our company and to get to know other newcomers.
