Work-life balance

Work-life balance

Flexible working

Rush hour, children or your function itself are sometimes enough to do away with the idea of a nine-to-five job. But we can be extremely flexible with your work hours. Even part-time work qualifies for a variety of possibilities (e.g.: 50% or 80%).

Leave

You have the right to at least 32 days of leave every year.

Full-time employees have the right to 20 legally-recognised days off if they have worked through the entire year.

The average effective working week at NN is 37 hours. That is two hours more than the conventional working week. The difference is matched with twelve days of time off in lieu every year.

The total comes to 32 days of leave. These may also be supplemented with extra leave days depending on your function.

Working from home

If your function allows it, you can work from home. This makes it easier for you to combine your private life with your work.

Service desk

At the Service Desk, you can call on a shoemaker, car wash, and ironing and flower delivery services. You can even pay for them with service vouchers.
