Incidentally, in the case of urgent repairs, clients benefit from our ‘no-quibble guarantee’: we immediately step in to repair the damage and prevent it getting any worse. We don’t look into who is responsible until later.

Our own experts sign a code of conduct to ensure everyone is treated correctly. We take the same care in selecting our external partners.

Is there any damage? NN will send a repair technician to the location immediately.

Are you the owner? In that case, NN offers the "Repairs in kind" principle as part of the claim procedure for damage to buildings or glass (in the absence of a counterparty).

This policy allows us to engage one of our recognised partners to repair the damage. We deal with the payment of the bill, meaning that you don't have to worry about it.

We work with "MultiRepair", who will come straight away to carry out repairs so you don't lose any valuable time.

Repairs in kind thus means that NN takes on a large proportion of the work and the worry that would otherwise fall to their customers, and the repair time is also reduced. All of this leads to greater customer satisfaction.

NN Mobile Office - We come to you!

The NN Mobile Office has been developed to respond faster and more effectively to the immediate needs of customers affected by severe weather or disasters.

The mobile office is equipped with a fully operational help desk and a pleasant waiting room, where claims forms and protective clothing (overalls, boots etc.) are available for those who need them.

NN specialists draw up individual claim files on site and are ready, if necessary and if the situation allows, to directly carry out initial assessments of the damaged property and take initial measures (e.g. covering the roof, having the building contents removed or moved, closing up the property temporarily or engaging cleaning services). In this way, the most pressing aspects of the claims procedures can be tackled rapidly and efficiently.

Clients with damaged vehicles can reach us 24/7. They are assigned a claims manager who arranges everything from A to Z for them. The client receives a replacement car straight after an accident – we take care of transporting the client’s damaged vehicle. Our guarantee for mobility from day one!

Our clients also have access to a replacement vehicle during the repair work. At least they do if they go to one of our one thousand recognised repairers who are guaranteed to be professional.

But what if a client’s car was stolen? We arrange a replacement vehicle for a maximum of thirty days.
